Polydextrose, which binds the Savoury Tooth bars is a low GI soluble fibre with prebiotic properties. It helps to slow down the digestion process alleviating blood sugar spikes.
Studies have shown the active polyphenol in turmeric known as curcumin can help provide an ideal intervention for type 2 diabetes.
